Citizens Advice Ukraine Support Service

Citizens Advice is here to support Ukrainian guests and their hosts in Hertfordshire. Our free Ukraine Support Service can help when a hosting arrangement is coming to an end and guests are preparing to move into their own accommodation.

If you are a guest or host under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme in Hertfordshire and you are looking for advice in relation to moving on from a hosting arrangement, please complete this form.

Once you’ve submitted this form you will receive a call back from Citizens Advice within four working days.  During that next-steps contact call, we will either:

  • give you the advice and resources you need as you prepare for the end of your hosting arrangement; or
  • organise a further appointment with you to have a meeting with one of our advisers to discuss your situation in more detail. This meeting will be either online or by phone and will last at least one hour.  Interpreting services can be arranged.

Please note that if you are a host, we can support you with your personal circumstances, but we cannot provide any detailed advice in relation to your guest without their consent and involvement.

It is preferable if your guest completes their own referral form. We will have interpreting services available where required. We also strongly advise you let Hertfordshire County Council know as soon as possible if your hosting arrangement is coming to an end and you have not yet been in contact with them h4ukraine@hertfordshire.gov.uk
